As a result, we are designers as opposed to packagers. Every single member of our team has studied under a formal design program with a specialty in interior design, architecture or merchandising.

Entry

CHDR believes that first impressions are critical. The experience for potential buyers begins with the ENTRY. CHDR will ensure that the point of entry has a maximum impact, guiding potential buyers to the main living area through the use of a bench, artwork, mirrrors and accessories.

Foyer

In the FOYER, a seating area will be created with the use of a chaise, side chairs, artwork and/or mirror(s), creating a distinct seating area for potential buyers.

Parlor

In the PARLOR, CHDR will create a formal seating area to leader visitors to the formal dining room, completed with a sofa and seating, sideboard, coffee table, and curated artwork and mirror(s).

Kitchen

In the KITCHEN, CHDR will provide barstools, and a dining area, completed with a dining table, dining chairs, artwork and/or mirror(s) and accessories.

Kitchen Outdoor Terrace

In the KITCHEN OUTDOOR TERRACE, a seating area will be created with the use of outdoor chairs, a side table, outdoor area rug, as well as a screen to conceal the opposite side.

Living Room

In this spacious LIVING ROOM, CHDR will provide a luxurious selection of furniture and accessories that complement the existing sofa and chairs to define and maximize the space while also creating an open and inviting entertaining area, with an accessorized console and coffee table.

Den

CHDR will properly define the DEN by bringing in a chaise, side chairs, console, artwork, mirror(s), and accessories throughout the built-in shelves.

Upstairs Hallway

The UPSTAIRS HALLWAY will be completed with a sideboard, table lamps, artwork and/or mirror, and accessories to create a transitional space to lead to the primary bedroom.

Primary Bedroom

The PRIMARY BEDROOM in this residence will be completed with the existing king bed, nightstands, an area rug, chaise and side chairs, artwork above the mantle, and bedding, greenery, and accessories.

Upstairs Office Space

The UPSTAIRS OFFICE AREA will be supplemented with a desk chair and seating area, along with artwork and accessories to complete the study and work space.
